This paper presents the characteristics of epidemiological aspects, clinical manifestations, general clinical blood and urine tests in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome at the initial request for medical care. The structure of the primary diagnoses, the timing of admission of patients to the hospital, the information content of additional research methods are presented.
