Цель. Провести анализ уровня здоровья студентов Саратовского государственного медицинского университета им. В.И. Разумовского на основе субъективной оценки респондентами своего самочувст%вия, а также оценить уровень осведомлённости студентов%медиков о методах медицинской реабили%тации (оздоровления).Материалы и методы. Исследование включало в себя сбор данных при помощи анонимного социо%логического опроса (направленного на субъективную оценку самочувствия среди студентов%медиков) с использованием телефонов или планшетов. Опросом было охвачено 152 студента всех курсов и фа%культетов СГМУ им. В.И. Разумовского. Опрос проводился с использованием специально созданной анкеты в электронном формате через Google Form. Для математической обработки результаты иссле%дования изначально заносили в электронную базу данных; анализ результатов исследования прово%дился с использованием метода описательной статистики. Результаты. В ходе исследования установлено, что большинство студентов оценивают своё здоровье как удовлетворительное и выше среднего, при этом у них часто встречаются хронические заболева%ния, преимущественно связанные с органами пищеварения, опорно%двигательного аппарата, нервной и дыхательной системами. Также было выяснено, что большинство студентов знакомы с различными методами воздействия в рамках медицинской реабилитации, однако не все из них имели опыт ис%пользования этих методов. Выводы. Студенты проявляют интерес к методам реабилитации и готовы воспользоваться ими для улучшения своего здоровья, однако большинство студентов не осведомлены о возможностях, предос%тавляемых университетом, и выразили огромное желание участвовать в рекреации бесплатно и с удобным расписанием.

Objective. To analyze the health level of students of Saratov State Medical University named after V.I. Razu-movsky on the basis of the respondents' subjective assessment of their well-being, as well as to assess the level of medical students` awareness about the methods of medical rehabilitation (health improvement) and the possibility to undergo it during studies at the educational institution. Materials and methods. The study comprised data collection by means of an anonymous sociological survey (aimed at subjective assessment of well-being among medical students) using phones or tablets. 152 students of V.I. Razumovsky SSMU of all years and faculties participated in the survey. The survey was conducted using a specially created questionnaire in electronic format via Google Form. For mathematical processing, the results of the study were initially added to an electronic database; the results of the study were analyzed using the descriptive statistics method. Results. It was determined during the study that most students assess their health as satisfactory and above average, while they often have chronic diseases, mainly those of the digestive organs, musculoskeletal, nerv-ous and respiratory systems. It was also found out that the majority of students were familiar with various methods of medical rehabilitation, but not all of them had experience of using these methods. Conclusions.
