Аннотация:

Статья посвящена изучению показателей эмоционального интеллекта у будущих медицинских работников. Приведены результаты изучения сформированности навыков эмоционального интеллекта турецких медицинских сестер г. Анкары. Представлены результаты изучения показателей эмоционального интеллекта среди будущих врачей г.Уфы. По методике Н.Холла большинство студентов показали низкий уровень интегративного эмоционального интеллекта.

The results of the study of indicators of emotional intelligence in future medical professionals

Abstract:

The results of the study of indicators of emotional intelligence among 3rd year students of the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical University are presented. It was found that 57.8% of students have a low level of integrative emotional intelligence according to the method of N. Hall. Indicators of partial emotional intelligence demonstrate a predominant average level on the scales of "Emotional awareness", "Empathy", "Recognition of the emotions of others" and according to the method of "Conscientiousness Scale". The low level was revealed by the scales "Managing one's emotions", "Self-motivation" and by the method "Assessment of emotional and activity adaptability".
