Целью исследования явилось изучение изменений морфометрических показателей селезёнки и иммунологических параметров плазмы крови экспериментальных животных раннего срока гестации. Результаты исследования. При изучении органометрических и микроморфометрических показателей наблюдается уменьшение показателей линейных размеров, относительной и абсолютной массы органа, объема, а также уменьшение всех микроморфометрических параметров в те же сроки наблюдения. Так же отмечается снижение иммунологических параметров - концентрации медиаторов межклеточного взаимодействия IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6 и TNFα в плазме крови животных.

The aim of the study was to discover changes in the morphometric parameters of the spleen and immunological parameters of the blood plasma of experimental animals at an early stage of gestation. The results of the study. When studying organometric and micromorphometric indicators, there is a decrease in linear dimensions, relative and absolute mass of the organ, volume, as well as a decrease in all micromorphometric parameters during the same observation period. There is also a decrease in immunological parameters – the concentration of mediators of intercellular interaction IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6 and TNFa in the blood plasma of animals.
