The purpose of the research is to systematize the problems of the branch, formulate goals and objectives, search formethods and software and organizational solutions for digital medicine. Applied systems analysis, software engineering and artificial intelligence methods are used as research methods. The result of the research is the digital platform “Health History”, an organizational and technical system, which is a working prototype of a system solution for the reorganization of processes. The conclusion is postulated about the need for fundamental organizational changes in medicine based on information technologies, which is the essence of the digital transformation of healthcare.
