Актуальность данной статьи обусловлена необходимостью интеграции российской науки, выраженной в показателях индексов научного цитирования, в мировое научное коммуникативное пространство. Это, наряду с резко увеличившимся объемом профессионально необходимой информации, делает аннотацию научной статьи (как вторичного текста для автора и часто первичного - для читателя) все более важной частью письменного научного общения, а образы адресата и адресанта научного текста - необходимыми для изучения. Для создания портрета автора медицинского текста были рассмотрены по триста аннотаций научных медицинских статей на русском и английском языках с наивысшим индексом научного цитирования на момент исследования, а также с нулевым индексом. В результате анализа были получены характеристики авторов русскоязычного и англоязычного научного медицинского текста. Русский автор видит себя в рамках русского медицинского дискурса, англоязычный автор владеет всей совокупностью существующих мировых знаний в научной сфере, он рассматривает свои исследования в контексте мировой науки. Истинность научных данных и здоровье одинаково приоритеты как для русскоязычных, так и для англоязычных авторов.

The need to integrate the research work into the global scientific communication space expressed in the indicators of scientific citation indexes, along with a sharply increased amount of professionally necessary information, makes the role of the annotation to a scientific article (as a secondary text for the author and often primary for the reader) increasingly important, and the images of the addressee and recipient of the scientific text became essential for the study of scientific discourse. In order to recreate the portrait of the author of the medical text, we reviewed three hundred abstracts of scientific medical articles in Russian and English with the highest scientific citation index at the time of the study, as well as with an index equal to zero. As a result of the analysis, the following features of the authors of the Russian-language and English-language scientific medical text were obtained: these are representatives of the medical community who know the terminology, know the existing studies in the field of interest and conduct their own. Both adhere to the priority of information as a reference point and goal of scientific communication. Russian author sees itself within the framework of the Russian medical discourse, English author owns the totality of the existing world-knowledge in the scientific field and perceive research work in the context of global science. Truth and health are priorities for both Russian-speaking and English-speaking authors.
